FMS Spring conference, 24 March 2017 in Lund

The FMS Spring conference and annual meeting will be held in Lund on 24th March 2017. The Spring conference is open to everyone and is free of charge. The conference will consist of invited and contributed talks and will be held entirely in English. We welcome abstracts for contributed talks on any topic relevant for medical statistics. We have not assigned a theme to the meeting. Please submit abstracts (in free format) to paul.dickman”at”ki.se before Friday 17th February. We hope to finalise the program shortly after the abstract submission deadline.

FMS will also hold their annual meeting on the same day. This is the administrative meeting of the society; it will be held in Swedish and is open only to FMS members. The Spring conference (i.e. the scientific meeting) is open to everyone.

The meetings will be held at Matematikcentrums, Matematikhuset, Sölvegatan 18, Lund (a 20 minute walk from the train station).

The preliminary timetable is as follows:

• 9:00-10:00 Registration and coffee
• 10:00-11:30 Spring conference
• 11:30-12:00 FMS annual meeting (FMS members, held in Swedish)
• 12:00-13:00 Lunch
• 13:00-14:30 Spring conference
• 14:30-15:00 Coffee
• 15:00-16:30 Spring conference
