AUTUMN MEETING 2020: PHD EDUCATION
An autumn meeting will be organised by Cramér Society on November 19-20, lunch to lunch.

The topic will be PhD education in (mathematical) statistics that is especially of interest to academic teachers and PhD students. The language of the meeting is English.
Talks will be given on how education can be planned on a national level, but also soft skills: hints for publication, searching for grants, supervision practice etc. Representatives from universities around the country will present their situations.
PhD students with various research directions within mathematical statistics have agreed to give insights on their experience of being a PhD student in Sweden.
