Advertisement: Two biostatisticians for the Applied Biostatistics group

The Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Karolinska Instiutet is among the largest departments of epidemiology in Europe with special focus on increasing our knowledge of the aetiology for different diseases. Our department consists of researchers, doctoral students, biostatisticians, data collectors and database administrators as well as administrative personnel, in total approximately some 250 staff. The department is situated in campus Solna. Further information can be found at www.ki.se/meb.

We now seek two biostatisticians for the Applied Biostatistics group (ABS), a consulting unit that provides statistical support for researchers and students in epidemiology at MEB. The ABS is part of the larger biostatistics group at the department, which consists of ca. 40 people with varying backgrounds. This is a position in an open and dynamic research environment with great opportunities for professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration.

One of the positions is targeted at molecular epidemiology applications, while the other is within
general epidemiology. Please follow the links below for more information about the two positions
and how to apply (deadline: October 24th 2017).
